RESCLUTION NO. 6344
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPEhG~~ION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT PER-
SONNEL AND COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS ADOPTED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 6303 ANO AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO.
6317 TO ADD THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF AUDITOR AND
SENIOR AUDITOR
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 6303 and amended by Resolution No. 6317, is
hereby amended effective January 28, 1985.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan, as adopted by Resolution No.
6303 and eiirnended by Resolution No. 6317, is further amend:-:d by adding
the classl{ ~ations of Auditor and Senior Auditor as shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and pro-
visions of Resolution No. 6303 and Resolution No. 63i7 shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental
impact assessment is necessary.
