Said PC class1ffcat1on requires that a duplex be constructed and that each unit be sold at a price not exceeding $90,000, unless a different 1n~tfal sales price ts approved by the Council of the City of Palo Alto; and WHEREAS, fn adopting said Ordinance No. 3571. the Council of the Cfty of Palo Alto found that the construction of said duplex lots would have no si gn1 f1cant adverse -.ffect on the environment; and M<M THEREFat.E, the Councfl of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SELTIOM 1.
