RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ UF PALO ALTO
APPROVING A SUFPLEMENTAL CONTRACT FOR ELECTRIC
St-:KVICE WITH THE WESTERN AREA POWER ADMINISTRATION'
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does R~SOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
execute for and on be ha 1 f of the City of Palo Al to, California, the
attached ( intract for Electric Service with the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, which Contract was duly presented to the City Counci 1, and
which Contract is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. T~e Council finds that none of the provisions of this
resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
