RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AM.END-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION or THE PROPERTY AT 3200
PARK BOULEVARD { 11 MAXIMART SITE"} €ROM SERVICE COM-
MERCIAL TO MULTIPI.F.:-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has cunductE"d a review and on
June 6, 1984, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amend-
ment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on August 20,
1984, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as iollows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conc:iitions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Pah .. Alto ComprGhensive
Plan as follows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation !:>f the
property at 3200 Park Boulevard (•Maxi-
mart Site•) from Service Com.mercial to
Multiple-Fa31ily Residential, as shown on
a map attached hereto as Exhibit .. A. and
incorporated herein by this reference.•
SECTION 3. The Counci 1 hereby finds that the aGoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
