STONE FOR UUTSTANUING PUBLIC SERVl~E AS A MEMBER OF THE HI~TORIC RESOURCES BOARD WHEREAS, James H. Stone has served the City of Palo Alto as a member of the Historic Resources Board from June 1, 1980, to June l, 1984; and WHERt:AS, James H. Stone has served as Secretary of the Historic Resources Board from June, 1980 to June, 1983, and as Chairman of the ~istoric Resources Board from June~ 1983 to June, J.9b4; and wHE~EA!), James H.
