THE HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD
WHEREAS, Sirge M. Clark has served th~ City of Palo Alto as
a member of the Historic Resources Board from June 1, 1980, to
June l, 1984; and
WHEREA~, Birge M. Clark has given unselfishly of his time,
talents. ana knowledge of historic preservation to assist in the
protection, enhancement, perpetuation and use of buildings an<i
ne1ghborhoods of historic and architectural significance which
contribute to the cultural and aesthetic benefit of Palo Alto;
