RESOLUTION NO. 6288
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE LOT J PARKING
GARAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The C,ty Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE that
Section 1. The estimated cost of the project under Resolutton of
PreH1111 nary De term~ nat,on and of Intent1 on No. 6527. adopted by th1 s Council
on May 21, 1984, was $5,820,000;
Stctton 2. Follovtng the opentng of b1ds for the work. said estimate
=ay ba reduc~d to $5,430,000;
Section 3. The total assesssment 1s hereby reduced from $5,820,000 to
$5.430,000 and that each of the 1nd1vidual assessments shall be reduced by Its
pro rata s~are of the difference between the total assessment as pre11minarily
approved and said reduced total assessment.
