A Resolution of Preliminary Determtnat1on and of Intention. wherein tt dfd pre1tm1nar11y deterM1ne that the public convenfence and necessity require certain acqutstt1ons and hcprovements therein described tn general terms; Section 2. Monday. the 23rd day of July, 1984, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m .• in the regular meeting place of th1s Council, were apl)01nted as the thne and place when and where any and all persons interested could appear ar.d show cause why this Council should not f1nd and determtne that the publtc conven 1 ence and nee es s Hy requ 1re the proposed acqu 1 s Hi on s and t mprovemen ts w1thout COllP11ance with Section 2800 and fo1Jow1ng of the Streets and H1ghways Code, not~ces of whf ch heartng were duly and regularly posted. mailed and published; and Sect1on 3. Said hearing was duly and regularly held, all persons 1nterested destrtng to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, docl191!ntary and oral testimony on the quest1on of publ 1c convenience and necess 1t~ were duly introduced and fully heard and cons t dered by tM s Counc 11, and alt Matters and th1ngs pertatntng to satd questton of pubHc convenience and necesstty were !UblRttted and fully considered by t~ts Counctl; \ . . . . ...
