RESOLUTION NO. 6279
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF 'i:HE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ADDITION OF THE SIG-
NATURE OF MARK R. HARRIS, DIREC.TOR OF FINANCE, AS
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE ON BANK ACCOUNTS WITH CROCKER
NATIONAL BANK AND OTHER BANKS OR SUCCESSORS, IN
ADDITION TO THAT OF WILLIAM ZANER, TO BE EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Palo Alto has heretofore established bank
accounts w1 th Crocker National Bank and others. William Zaner, City
Manager, is an authori~ed ~ignature on these accounts.
SECTION 2. Effective immediately, the s iqnat.ure of ~::i;~!-; R.
Harris, Director of Finance, is hereby authorized on all City accounts
in addition to that of William Zaner, City Manager.
SECTION 3. The Cle~k is di~ecte~ to obtain~ ~~ture of Mark
R. Harris, Director of F1nance, in this space --~~6¥'/~~-~..L.;.~',<:-~/';{4~~ ......... ----..--....~
and furnish .:rocker National Bank or its successor, or other banks,
certified copies of this resolution each containiag an original signa-
ture of Mark R. Harris.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of t.he
City of Palo Alto held Monday, the 16th day of July, 1984, by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Renzel, Sutorius,
Witherspoon, Woolley
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: None
