AMENDING RESOLUTION 6146 RELATING TO CONDUCT OF CITY
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES DURING THE CABLE TELEVISION PROCESS
WHEREAS, th is COl~nc i 1 has previously adopted resolution
establishing disclosure and other conduct requirements for
officials and employees during the cable television process;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Al.to does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of said resolution is hereby a•nended to read
as follows:
•sECTION 2. The City Manager, the Deputy City
fitanager, and the Cable Coordinator, representing
the ;: ~l icy of t'le City Counc i 1, are hereby des ig-
nated as the individuals to whom all contacts by
lobbyists and other persons acting on behalf of
persons financially interested in cable television
sho~ld be directed during the cable television pro-
cess.•
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution
will have no signifcant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The provisions of this resolution shall take effect on
the date of its passage.
