The Ccunci1 of the City of Palo Alto. does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proceed,ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code. a public hear)ng has been duly he~d or. the
Engineer's Flecort and assessment ron pre~a .. ed for t"'.e abo~e fiscal year to
pay the p:-incipal and interest on bond~ issued pursuant to Resi:11.Jtion o'
Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto on ~ugust
9, 1976;
Se~on 2: This Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
