A RESO~UTlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
co~~IRMiNG ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL -
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA CIVIC CE~TER OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 66-08 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
The Councl1 of the C\ty of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section l: After proceed\ngs to that end duly had and taken pvrsuant to
the Pale Alto Municipal Code, a pub1ic !".earing has been duly held or. the
Eng1neer's Report and assessment roll prepared for tne above f'scal year to
pay the pr1n~ipa1 and interest on bonds 1ssuec pursuant to Reso'.ution of
Intention No. 3896. adopted by the Counc i 1 of the City of Pa 1o A 1 to on June
13. 1966;
Section 2: This Council has heard all persons having a.n interest in any
real property within the park.ing assessment district; has heard all
objections. protests or other illT'\tten comrnunicatlons from any persons
interested 1n the real property "Hhin said district; has tak.en anc received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in sa1d
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or inf~rma i Hie!> in th~ report
and re\iiseci and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the "ario;;s
C,ty offic1als as contained therein; and is fu11y informed in the premises;
Section 3: That said Eng\neer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the asse~sments there,n as duly revhed and corrected, h hereby approved and
C°'1firMd.
Section c: That sa,d report together with the tert1f1cate of the CHy.
Clerk as to the fact 1nd date of approval by this Council, shall forth~ith b~
de1'vered to the County of Santa Clara. and the proper County officer sh&ll
cause to be posted to the tu rolls. 1n the cohimn pro,,1ded therefor. the
fiscal year as set forth \n sa~d report as conf1rmed.
