C~NFlRMING ENGIN~ER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL -

The Council of the City of Palo Alto. does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proceedings to t~at end duly had and ta~en pursuant to
the ;:a10 Alto Municipal Code. a public hearing has been duly held o~ the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll preoared by application of a revised
benefit formula for the above fiscal year to pay the costs of maintenance and
operation of offstr!et parki~g facilities for the California Avenue Area
Offstreet Parking Maintenance Otstr1ct created pursuant to Resolution of
Intention .. o. 5343. adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto en
February 14 1 1977~
Section 2: This Council has hfitrd all persons having an interest \n any
real property 11rithin the parking 11aintenance d1str\ct; has heard all
objections, prote~ts or other wr1tten conrnunications from any persons
inteasted in the real prope:·"'tY with\n said dhtrict. has tak.en and receh·ed
oral and docurner.tary evidence pertain,ng to tne Matters conta\ned tn said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informalities in the report
and revl std and corrected any of the acts or determi nat,ons of the -various
Ctty off\cials as ~ontained theretn; •nd \s fully 'nforaed \n the premises;
Section 3: That s1td Eng1neert• Report and 1ssess11ent roll, 1nd each of
the assess1111nts therein as duly revhed and corrected, h hereby approved and
conf1r•d.

Sect1on 4: That sa~d report togetht~ wltt'. the certificate o~ the: City
Clerk as to the fact and date of apcro~a1 by this :ouncll, sha11 forthwith be
de11vered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer snail
cause to be posted to the ta11 rolls, ,n the column prov1dec therefor, the
amount of each of the asse~srnenH propcud to be itvled and co1 lectec for said
fiscal year as set forth in sa1d report as conf~rmed.
