A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO AL TO
CONFlR~ING ENGI~EER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL -
CALHORNIA AVENUE OFFSiRHi PARKING PROJECT
NO. 71-63 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
The Council of the City of Paio Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section l: After proceedings to that end duly had and take~ pursuant to
the Palo Alto Munitipal Code. a public hearing has been du1y he!d on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for t!ie above fisca: year to
pay the principal and 1r.terest on bones issued pursJant to REso1ution of
Intention No. 4993, adopted by the Council of the Clty of Palo Alto un
September 10, 1974;
Section 2: Th1s COunc\l has heard al 1 persons having an interest in any
rea.1 property with\n the parking assessment district; has heard all
object,ons, protests or other written convnun~cat\ons from any persons
interesteo in ttie rea~ property w\th1n said district; has taken aM received
oral and documentary ev1dence perta1nlng to the inatters co\"lta~neo '" said
report~ has remedied and corrected any errors or ,nforrnalH\es 1n the report
and rev1sed and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various·
City officials as conta1ned theretn; and ls fully informed in the Dremises;
Section 3: That sa\d Eng1neer's Report and assessment ro11, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, h hereby approved and
confirmed.

Cltrk as to the fact and date of appro~al by this Counc\1, shill forth•ith be
delivered to the County of Santa Cara, and the proper Courity officer shall
cause to be posted to the ta)( ro 11 s. in the co 1 ur.m proY i ded therefor. the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be le~tec and co1lected for said
f~scal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
