A RESOLUTION OJ:' THE COUNCI l OF THE CITY OF PALO .O.L TO
CJNF!RMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL -
CALIFORNIA AVENUE PARKING GARAGE PROJECT
NO. 65-09 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
The Council of the City of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as fo1io~s:
Section l: After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a pubilc hearing has been duly held on the
Engi ~€er' s Report and assessment roll prepared for the above fi s:a 1 year to
pay ttie principal a!"ld interest on bonds ls;;ued pursuant tv ::<eso!ut~or of
Intention No. 3950. adopted by the Council cf the City of Pale A1tc on January
3. 1967:
Section 2: This Cour\cil has heard all persons having an interest in any
reai property with1n the parking assessment oistrict; has heard a~!
objections, protests or ·:ither written conrnunicat1ons from a~y pe.-sons
tnterested in the real or·:>oerty 'lllith1n sa1c district~ has taken and rece~veo
oral and oocumeritary evidence pertaini!"lg to the matters contained 1r. said
report; has remedied ano corrected any errors or i nforma.1 Hi es in the report
and re\'\ sed ano conecteo any of the acts or determ1nations of tt.e various
City officials as contained therein; and 1s fully 1nfcrmed in th~ premises:
Sect1on 3: That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the assessments therein as du'y revised and corrected, 1s hereby approved and
conn rmed.
Sectton 4: That sa1d report together wUh the cert1fica.te of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by thh Council, shall forthwith be
de 11 vered to the County of Santa Clara.. and the proper Cou!"lty officer sha 11
ca.use tc b~ posted to the tax ro 11 s. in the i;o 1 um~ pro" i ded therefor. the
amount of each of tr.e assessments propcsed to be lev~ed a.rid cc11ec-:ed for said
fl seal year as set forth in said report as confirmed .
