RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EX~CUTION OF THE
WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT IN THE CASE OF
PALO ALTO, ET AL. v. CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto is a party in the lawsuit of City
of Palo Alto, et ai. v. City and County of San Francisco, No. C 74
1997 RHS;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does re-
solve as follows:
The "Water supply Contract" by and between the City and County
of San Francisco and the City of Palo Alto is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of the City.
Adopted this 21st day of May, 1984 by the following vote.
