RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING T~E EXECUTION OF THE
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MASTER WATER SALES CONTRACT
IN THE CASE OF PALO ALTO, ET AL. v. CITY AND COUNTY OF
SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto is a party in the lawsuit of CitX
of Palo Alto, et al. -~~___9_.ty and County of San Francisco, No. C 74
1997 RHS:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto doe~ re-
colve as follows:
1'he "Settlement Agreement and Master Water Sales Contract M by
and between the City and County of San Francisco, and certain suburban
water purchasers in San Mateo, Santa Clarat and Alameda counties is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf
of the City.
Adopted this 21st day of May, 1984 by the following vote.
