RESOLUTION NO. 6260
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT OF THE PALO ALTO COM.PREHEN-
S IVE PLAN BY AM.ENDING THE LAND USE DE:SIGNATION OF
THE PROPERTY' AT 1681-1691 EL CAMINO RgAL FROM
SERVICE COMMERCIAL TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, th& Planning Commission on April 25, 1984, held a prop-
erly-noticed public hearing to consider an amendment of the Palo Alto
Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as foll:)WS:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require an amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan Land Use Map as follows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of the
property at 1681-1691 El Camino Real,
from Service Commercial to Multiple-
E'amily Residential, as shown on a map
attached hereto as Exhibit •A• and incor-
porated herein by this reference.•
SF~CTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
