RESOLUTION NO. 6252
RESOLUTION Of THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY AT 390
PAGE MILL ROAD FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ·ro
MULTIPLB FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and on
March 28, 1984, held a properly-not iced pub! ic hearing to cons id er
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan: and
WriEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on April 30,
1984, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. Tne Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan as follows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of the
property at 390 Page Mill Road from
Neighborhood Commercial to Multiple
Family Residential as shown on a map
attached hereto as Exhibit •A• and
incorporated herein by this reference.•
SECTION 3. '!'he Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.

Witherspoon, Woolley
