RESOLUTlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPKtSSlNG APPREClATION TO
THOMAS K. HICKEY
FU~ OUTSTANOING PU~LIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE
VISUAL ARTS JURY
WHEREAS. Thomas K. Hickey served the City of Palo Alto as a
member of the visual Arts Jury from March 25. 1981 to January 25,
1984; and
WHEREA$, Thomas K. Hickey nas given unselfishly of his time
~ nd td 1 en ts in support of the City of Pa 1 o Al to Art In Public
Places Program; and
WHEREAS, Thomas K. Hickey provided invaluable assistance in
the development of the 1982 Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition; and
WHEREAS,

to the community through his diligent and
efforts while serving as a member of the Visual Arts
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the
service of Thomas K. Hickey.

of Pa Jo Alto hereby gratefully recGrds its appreciationt as wel 1

outstending public service rendered by Thomas K. Hickey.
