WHEREAS, William G. !:Saker has taken an actlve part in Fire
Department pro~rams such as fire training, fire prevention
inspections, public education, emergency medical services and
fire ground command; and
WHEHl:.AS, William G. Bal<er, after being injured in the

status", contributing to the reorganization and dev~lopment
fire department stores and purchasing manual, inventory
records control procedure; and
