RBSOLUTION NO. 6237
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE'""C'ITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE FLAN BY AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
IN THE CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palo Alto on
February 22, 1984, held a properly-not iced public hearing to consider
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on March 12,
1984, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, heal th, safety, and welfare require amendments to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 her~of.
SECTION 2. The City Counci 1 hereby amends the Palo Al to Compre-
hensive Plan Land Use Map as follows:
"Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of tne
properties at 2151-2211 Park Boulevard,
from Research/Office Park to Multiple-
f amily Residential, as shown on a map
attached hereto as Exhibit •A• and incor-
porated herein b~.-this reference.•
b. Change the land use designation of the
properties shown on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit "B• and incor~orated
herein by this refere11ce, from Regional/
Community Commercial to Multiple-family
Residential.

SECTION 3. The City Council hereby finds that the adoption of
this resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
