RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPFEHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELUPMENT Of TJ-1€ CI'l'Y OF PALO AL'!'O BY A.\\ENDING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 3045
MIDDLEFIELD ROAD
WHEREAS, the Planning Comrniss ion has conductec a review and on
November 30, 1983 held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NUW, THEREFORE, the Coi.rncil of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 here0f.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan as follows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of the
property at 3045 Middlefield Road from
Multiple-Family Residential to Neighbor-
hood Commercial as shown on a map attach-
ed hereto as Exhibit "A• and incorporated
hereby by this reference.•
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any slgnificant environmental impact.
