RESOLUTION OF TH~ COUNCIL Of TH~ CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING SUBSTITUTION OF THE SIG-
NATURE OF WILLIAM ZANER, CITY MANAGER AS AUTHO-
RIZED SIGNATURE ON BAl~K ACCOUNTS WITH CROCKER
NATIONAL BANK AND OTHER BANKS OR SUCCESSORS, IN
PLACE OF CLAYTON E. BROWN, TO BE EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY
The Council of the City ot Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION !. The City ot Palo Alto has heretofore established bank
accounts with Crocker National Bank and others. Clayton E. Brown,
Interim City Controller, is an authorized signature on these accounts.
SECTION z. Ettective immediately, the signature of William Zaner,
City Manager, or his designee is hereby authorized on all City accounts
in place and stead ot Clayton E. Brown, Interim City Controller, effec-
tive immediately.
SECTION 3. The Clerk is elected to
William Zaner, City manager, in this space
and furnish to Crocker National Bank or its su cessor,
