RESOLUTION NO. 6225
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF --irtlECITY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED
POSITIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2.09.010 OF THE PALO
ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6101
WHEREAS, Section 2.09.010 requires that thie Council adopt a list
of designated positions and each position's required disclosure respon-
sibilities for the Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Employees;
and
WHEREAS, in 1979, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5738
enumerating designated positions and disclosure responsibilities for
each designated position; and
'WHEREAS, ln 191:\3, the City Council adopted Resolution No. blOl to
include additional positions in this list of designated employees; and
WHEREAS, new officers and employees have been added to and deleted
from City staff, and duties and responsibilities among existing
officers and em~loyees have shifted; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to change and augment the list of
designated positions to reflect the changes in the Administrative Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION I. That Resolution No. 6101 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That the following positions are designated positions
tor the City of Palo Al to' s Cont:l ict of Interest Code for Designated
Employees. The disclosure responsibilities are set forth adjacent to
each designated positions.
