RESOLUTION OF TBB COUNCIL OF TSE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING EXECUT:::ON OF A BOND AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO THE PG6'E INTERCONNECTION
AGREEMENT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager of this City is hereby autho-
rized to execute on behalf of this City, the •sill Guaranty Bond• to
Pacific Gas and Electric Company {PG&E), as Obligee, and the ~elated
•General Agreeaent of Indeanity• pursuant to the July 29, 1983, Inter-
connection Agreement between this City and PG&E in the form requested
by Northern C~lifornia Power Agency.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City any renewals, extensions, or substantially
similar bonds and a9ree11ents required by the terms of said Intercon-
nection Agreement.
