EHNEST A. FUGLESTAO UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Ernest "Ernie" fuglestad retired on October 5, 1983,
as a communications dispatcher, after lij years of continuous service
with the cities of Mountain View and Palo Alto in the North County
Communications Center; and
WHEREAS , Ernest Fu g 1 est ad ma i n ta 1 n e d a n over a l 1 1 eve l of
productivity and attention to detail; and
WHEREAS, he tmpressed h1 s fell ow emp 1 oyees with his honesty,
high ethical stanaards, and dedication to the field of public safety communications; and
~HEREAS, Ernie never took a 'LY of sick leav~ during the last
l 3 yea r s ; a n d
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of his efforts and dedicat1on.

of Palo Alto hereb,Y gratefully records 1ts appreciation of the
cit1zens of this community for faithful service rendered to the City
ana extends to Ernest A. Fuglestad its sincere best wishes for a
