RESOLUTION NO. 6172
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY AT 461
AND 4 71 PAGE MILL ROAD FROM SERVICE COMMERCIAL TO
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Conunission has conducted a review and on
June 15, 1983, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEP.HFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
puolic interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby mnends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan as lollows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of the
property at 461 and 471 Page Mill Road,
which parcels are changed from Service
Commercial to Neighborhood Commercial, as
shown on a map attached hereto as Exhibit
•A• and incorporated herein by this
reference.•
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
