RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'?Y OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING TBE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF A PORTION OF THE
PROPER'l'Y AT 3120 STOCKTON PLACE [FORMER DE ANZA
SCHOOL SITE} FROM SCHOOL DISTRICT LANDS TO SINGLE
FAMILY RBSIOENTIAL AND PUBLIC PARK
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and on
July 27, 1983, held a pt· :>perly-noticed public hearing to consider
amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE~ the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 29 The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Compreher.sive
Plan as lo!Iows:
•Land Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of a por-
tion of the property at 3120 Stockton
Place (former De Anza School site) from
School District Lands to Single Family
Residential and Public Park, as shown on
a map attached hereto as Exhibit •A• and
incorporated herein by this reference.•
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
