RESOLUTION NO. 6145
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY,
CITY OF ALAMED~, CITY OF BIGGS, CITY OF GRIDLEY, CITY
OF HEALDSBURG, LODI, LOMPOC, CITY OF PALO ALTO, CITY
OF ROSEVILLE, CITY OF UKIAH, AND PLUMAS SIERRA ELECTRIC
COOPERATIVE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The terms and conditions of an Interconnection Agree-
ment by and between the Northern California Powe-r Agency and the
Pacific Gas and Electric Company is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City.
