RESOLUTION NO. 6144
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FEES FOR THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE, NON-RESIDENT LIBRARY FEES, AND SOCIAL
SERVICES ADMISSION FEES
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.08.110 of
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, this Council has considered fees for the
City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course, non-resident library fees, and
Social Services admission fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION t. The Council hereby approves the fees for the City of
Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course, non-resident library fe&s, and Social
Ser·.7ices admission fees which are set forth in E~hibit 111 A11 attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City Manager is
directed to cause implementation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution
is not a pr:oJect under the California Environmental Quality Act and,
therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
