Pursuant to Sect1on 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municlpal Code. Schedules R-l, R-l-FA, R-2, RM3 and R~4 (Domestic Refuse Collection, Refuse Collection, Cornmerc1al Refuse Col1ec- t1on-Spec.11l Cont11ners; Commercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Containers and Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Utili- ties Rates 1nd Charges ire hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets 127n, 128h, 129n, 130h, 130.lh, and 1311, ~ttached hereto. SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that adoption of said rates at1d lnerevenues derived therefrom shall be used only for the purposes set out in the Palo Alto City Charter, Art1cle VII, Section 2, entitled, •Public Utilities Revenueu. The adoption of said rates ts spec1f1ca1ly exempte~ from the requirements of CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b}(8).
