HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 6140e RESOLUTION N0._-=-6-=-14......,.0....__ ORIGINAL RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SCH.E:DULES S-1 AND S--2 OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL SEWAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL RATES The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol- lows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, Schedules S-1 {Domestic Sewage Collection and Disposal) and S-2 (Commercial Sewage Collection and Disposal) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on Sheets s-1-1, s-2-1, and s-2-2, respec- tively, attached hereto and incorporated herein. SECTION 2. This Council finds that the revenue derivea from the authorized adjustments of said rates by the City Manager shall be used only fot: the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article VII, Section 2, entitled •public Utilities Revenue". The adoption of this resolution, is, therefore, specifically exempted under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements of CEQA. SECTION 3. The foregoing changes shall become effective July 1, 1983.
