RESOLUTION NO. 6131
A RESOLUTION OF THE C()JNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT A~D ASSESSMENT ROLL -
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT
NO. 75-63 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
The Council of the City of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proceedings to that end dult had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Hun1c1pal Code. a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the above fiscal year to
pay the pr1nc1pal and 1nterest on bonds 1ssued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto on August
9. 1976;
Sect1on 2: This Counc1l has heard all persons havfng an interest 1n any
real property within •he parlc.1ng assessment d.i.s.t.ric.t; .. cha·s.. beard all
objections, protests or other wrttten communicat1ons from any persons
1 nterested in the rea.1 property wtth 1 n sa 1 d d ts tr1 ct; has taken and rece1 ved
oral and documentary evtdence perta1ntng to the matters contatned 1n sa1d
report; has remed1 ed and corrected any errors or t nforma 1i ti es in the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determi nat1ons of the vartous
Ctty offtctals as contatned there1n; and ts fully 1nformed tn the premfses;
Section 3: That satd Engineer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the assessments theretn as duly revtsed and corrected, 1s hereby approved and
conftrmed.

Section 4: That said report together wlth the cert,f1cate of the Cfty
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by th1s Counc11. shall forthwith be
de 1 i vered to the County of Santa Clara. and the proper County off1 cer sha 11
c~use to be posted to the tax rolls. 1n the column prov1ded therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be Jev1ed and collected for sa1d
fiscal year as set forth 1n sa1d report as confirmed.

meeting of the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the ___J_I_ day
