RESOLUTION NO. 6130
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER 1S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL -
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA CIVIC CENTER OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 66-08 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proceedtngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Muntctpal Code, a public t:ear1ng has been duly held on the
Engineer 1 s Report and assessment roll prepared for the above f1scal year to
pay the pr1nc1pa1 and interest on bonds tssued pursuant to Resolution of
Intent\ on No. 3896. adopted by the Councn of the C1 ty of Pa lo A 1 to on june
l3. l966;
Section 2: This Council has h'_ard a 11 persons having an interest 1 n any
real property wtthtn the parking assessment dis.trict.; has._ heard a1l
objections, protests or other wr1 tten commun1 cat1ons from any persons
1nterested 1n the real property w1th1n sa1d d1str1ct; has taken and rece1ved
ora.1 and documentary evidence perta1n1ng to the matters contained 1n satd
report; has remed1ed and corrected any errors or 1nformal1t1es 1n the report
and ;evised and corrected any of the acts or determinat1ons of the various
C1ty off1c1als as conta1ned there1n; and 1s fully informed tn the premises;
Section 3: That sa1d Engineer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the assessments there1n as duly revised and corrected, ts hereby approved and
confirmed.

Section 4: That satd report together with the certlflcate of the C1ty
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by thfs Council, shall forthwlth be
del1vered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
ca.use to be posted to the tax rolls, ln the column provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments propo~ed to be levied and collected for sa1d
fiscal year as set forth in sa1d report as confirmed.

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adoptt!d at a regular
meeting of the Counc11 of the C1ty of Palo Alto held on the _.13_ day of
