A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER 1 S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL -
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84

The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section l: After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Mun1c1pal Code. a public hear1ng has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared by app lt cat1on of a revised
benef1 t formu 1 a for the above fiscal year to pay the cos ts of ma. 1 ntenance and
operation of offstreet parking fact11t1es for the Ca11forn1a Avenue Area
Offstreet Parking Ma,ntenance D1str1ct created pursuant to Resolutton of
Intentfon No. 5343. adopted by the Counc\ 1 of ti\a.---.C\t.y &f Pa.lo Alto on
February 14, 1977;
Section 2: Th1s Council has heard all persons having an fnterest tn any
real property w1th'n the park\ng maintenance dtstr1ct; has heard all
object tons. protests or other wr1 tten COIMIUnt cations from any persons
tr.hrested ln the real property wtthtn satd district. has taken and rece1ved
oral and documentary evidence perta1n\ng to the matters conta1ned tn sa1d
report; has remedt ed and corrected any errors or ~ nforma.11 tt es t n the report
and rev1sed af'!d corrected any of the acts or determtnattons of the various
Ctty off!ctals as contained therein; and ts fully informed tn the premtses;

Sect1on 3: That satd Engineer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the asse~~m~nts therein as duly revised and corrected, 1s heieby approved and
conf1 rmed.
Section 4: That said report together with the cert1f1cate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this counc11, shall forthw1th be
de 11 vered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County off t cer sha 11
cau~e to be posted to the tax rolls, tn the column provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for safd
ff seal year as set forth tn said report as conffrmed.
