A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL -
CALIFORNIA AVENUE OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT
NO. 71-63 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
The Counctl of the City of Palo Alto. does RESOLVE as follo,,s;
Section 1: After proceed1ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Mun1clpa1 Code, a public hear1ng has been duly held on the
Eng1 neer' s Report and assessment rol 1 prepared for the above fl sea 1 year to
pay the pr1ncipal and 1nterest on bonds 1 ssued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4993, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
September 10, 1974;
Sect1on 2: This Council has heard all persons having an Interest 1n any
rea 1 property w1th1 n the park 1 ng assessment d.lstr.i-c.t;. . bas. heard a 11
object1 ons. protests or other wr1 tten commun1 cat1ons from any persons
tnterested fn the real property w1th1n said d1str1ct; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence perta1n1ng to the matters contained 1n sa1d
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or 'rnforma l1 t1 es 1 n the report
and rev1 sed and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various
C1ty officials as conta1ne6 there1n; and 1s ful 1 y informed in the premises;
Sect1on 3: That satd Engfneer's Report and assessment roll. and each of
the assessments therein as duly rev1sed and corrected, 15 hereby approved and
confirmed.

Sect1on 4: That satd report together with the certtftcate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by th1s Counc11. shall forthwith be
de 1 i vered to the County of Santa Clara. and the proper County off1 cer sha 11
cause to be ;:iosted to the tax rolls. tn the column provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levted and collected for said
ftscal year as set forth tn sa1d report as conftrmed.

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Counctl of the C1ty of Palo Alto held on the .l..3....... day
of June • 1983, by the following vote:

Renzel, Witherspoon
