A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL -
Ct.LIFORNIA AVENUE CAMBRIDGE GARAGE PROJECT
NO. 65-09 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
The Counctl of the Ctty of Palo A'to. does RESOLVE as follows:
Sect1on 1: After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Eng1neer 1 s Report and assessment roll prepared for the above fiscal year to
pay the pri net pa 1 and 1 nterest on bonds issued pursuant to Resol ut1on of
Intentton No. 3950, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on January
3. 1967;
Sectlon 2: Thls Councll has heard a11 persons havlng an 1nterest tn any
real property w1th1n the park.1ng assessment d1strict; has heard all
objections. protests or other wrt tten corrmun1 cat1ons from any persons
interested 1n the real property wtth\n sa1d district; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertainlng to the matters contatned tn said
report; has reir.ed1 ed and corrected any errors or 1nforma11 tt es 1 n the report
and rev 1sed and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various
C1ty off1c1a1s lS contai~ed therein; and 1s fully \nformed tn the premises;
Section 3: That sa1d Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of
the assessments therein as duly rev1sed and corrected. ts hereby approved and
conf\rmed.

Sect1on 4: That said report together with the cert1f1cate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Counc11, shall forthwith be
de 1 i vered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer sha 11
cause to be posted to the tax ro 11 s. 1 n the co 1 umn provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied a.nd collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
