AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 12.20 of the Palo Alto Muni-
cipal Code, the City Council may by resolution adopt rules and
regulations governing utility s~rvices other than communication
services in the city and the fees and charges therefore1 and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined to revise its present
rules and regulations and to adopt new rules and regulations
effective July 1, 19831
Now, therefore, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The rules and regulations governing utility ser-
vices other than communication services in the city and the fees
and charges therefore which were distributed to the City Council
by CMR 229:3 as of April 4, 1983, are hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 2. Said rules and regulations shall take effect on
July 1, 1983.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that none of the provisions of
this resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
