RESOLUTION NO. 6123
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CifY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN EY AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF A PORTION OF THE
PROPERTY AT 655 ARASTRADERO ROAD [FORMER TERMAN ·
MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE] FROM SCHOOL DISTRIC,.1. LANDS TO
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and on
April 27, 1983, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider
amendment of the Pal0 Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Counc~l finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, heal th, safety~ and welfare require amendment to the
Pala Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Compre~ensive
Plan as lo!iows:

a, Change the land use designation of a IX)r-
tion of the property at 655 Arastradero
Road from School District Lands to Multi-
ple Family Residential, as shown on a map
attached hereto as Exhibit •A• and incor-
porated herein by this reference.•
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
