SECTION 7. That at sa1d hear\r.g al 1 persons 1nterested shall be given
an opportun1ty to be heard. Sa1d hearing may be cont1nued from time to time
as determined by sa1d Council.
SECTION 8. That Jack. Taylor, CM ef El ectri ca 1 Eng1 neer, Department of
Ut111t1es, City of Palo Alto, is hereby designated as the person to answer
1nqu1r1es regarding the protest proceedings to be had herein and may be
contacted during regular office hours at Palo Alto Civic Center, 250 Hamilton
Ave.1ue, Palo Alto, Califorrda, 94301 or by ca111ng C41S> 329-2126.
SECTION 9. That the Clerk of th1 s CHy shall give notice of said
hearing by mailtng cop1es of this resolution to all property owners w1th1n
sa1d proposed d1str\ct as shown on the last equaUzed tax roll of the Clty,
and to all ut111t1es supplytng electr1c, convnun1cat1on or s1m'1ar or
assoc1ated services with1n safd proposed d1str1ct, said mailing to be
completed at least thirty <30> days prior to the date of said hearing.

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of the City of Palo Alta .. held. on the _lL day
of May , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Eyerly, Fazzino, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Renzel
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: Witherspoon
