RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT No. 52-13
The Counc11 of the C'ty of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 6106 of this Counc11,
adopted on April 4~ 1983, notice has been duly given of the tntent,on of this
Counc\l to make changes and modif,cations \n the proceed\ngs under and
pursuant to Resolutton of Intentfon No. 2411, adopted by th1s Councll on March
2, 1952; and
SECTIOK4 2. Tnat all persons des'r,ng to be heard were g1ven an
opportunity to be heard. and all matters and things pertaining to said changes
and IDOdtftclttons were fully heard and cons,dered by th\s Council;
SECTION 3. That:
a> All protests and object1ons be. and they are hereby, overruled.
