RESOLUTION NO. 6102
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
RATIFYING, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
0!" AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY AND PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Arbitration Eigreement by and between the Northern
California Power Agency and the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, con-
cerning the binding arbitration of terms and conditions of an Intercon-
nection Agreement is hereby ratified and approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3.
