HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 6101ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 6101 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING DESIGNATED POSITIONS FOR THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED POSlTIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2~09.0tO OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6012 WHEREAS, Section 2.09.0tO requires that this Council adopt a list of designated positions and each posi::ion's required disclosure respon- sibilities for the Conflict of Interest Code for Designated EmployeesJ and WHEREAS, in 1979, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5738 enumerating desi9nated positions ar.d disclosure :responsibilities for each designated position; and WHEREAS, in 1982, the City Council adopted Resolution Ne. 6012 to include additional positions in this list of designated employees: and WHEREAS, the Administr&tive Code has recently been revised to add new officers and employees and shift duties and responsibilities among existing off icets and employeP-SJ and WHEREAS, the Council desires to change and augment the 1 ist of designated positions to reflect the changes in the Administrative Code1 NON, THBREFORE, the Council Of th~ City Of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. That Reso'ution No. 6012 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That the following positions are desiqnated positions for the City of Palo Alto's Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Baployees. The disclosure responsibilities are set forth adjacent to each desi9n3ted positions.
