RESOLUTION NO. 6095
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXTENDING THE TIME OP PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT NO.
65-42-003 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto and the State of Califotnia have
entered into a Contract numbered 65-42-003 for the funding and con--
struction of a po~tion of the Baylands Bike Path: and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo .&.lto requit"es additional time to com-
plete construction thereof: and ·
WHEREASf the State of California is willing to grant an extension
of time pursuant to said agreement:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
~CTION 1. The •Amendment No. 2 East Bay Corr. idor/Santa Clara
County Bayfron~ Bikew~y,• extending the time of performance under that
certain contract numbeced by the State of California as 65-42-003,
approved by the State Department of Genet"''. Services on August 12,
1981, is hereby approved, and the Mayo~ is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of City.
SECTION 2. None of the provisions of this resolution will have a
significant environmental effect.
