SCHEDULE G-50
NATURAL GAS SERVICE
APPLICABILITY:
This schedule applies to interrvptfble service for customers who have
alternative fuel standby facilities and whose usage is classified as
Priority P3 and P4 according to the California Public Utilities
Conmission 1s Gas Curtailment Priority System.
TERRITORY:
Withi~ the service area of the City of Palo Alto and on land owned or
leased by the City.
RATES:
Contnodity Charge:
For all tas deliveries. per therm
Minimum Charge:
Per Meter

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Service under this schedule is subject to discontinuance in whole or
in part in case of actual or anticipated shortage of natural gas
resulting fY'OIR an insufficient supp1y. inadequate transmission or ~elivery
capacity of facilitfe!, or shortage requirements. However, th~ CH.)' will
attempt to r.infmize dfsn.iption by providing adequate notice prior to curtail-
llei'lt. The City will not be liable for damages occasioned by interruption
or d1scontinuance of service supplied under this schedule.
2. No custoener shall be entitled to service hereunder unless adequate stand-by
equipment and fuel are provided and are ready at al 1 tiaes for fnnediate
operatfon in the event that the supply of gas hereunder shall be discontinued
