RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TH e*TY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO BY AMENDING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PPOPERTY AT 350 COLLEGE
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and on
July 29, 1981, and October 28, 1981, held a properly-noticed public
hearing to consider amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Counc i 1 finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require amendme~t to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Section 2 t1ereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan as follows:
"Lana Use Plan Map
a. Change the land use designation of property at
350 CoJ.lege Avenue from Si.ngle-Family Residen-
tial to Multinle-Farnily Residential."
SECTION 3. The Counc i 1 hereby finds that the adoption of this
resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
