KESOLUTlON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of PALO ALTO
OECLARlNG ITS INTENT TO VACATE A SURPLUS SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
AT 1131 SAN ANTONIO ROAD, PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA ANO SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, 1t 1s the tntent1on of the Counc11 of Palo Alto to vacate the
sanitary sewer easement recorded in Book 0865 O.R. at Page 370 and Book Fl61 O.R.
at Page 622 in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara~ State of California
as described in Exhibit 11 A0 attached hereto and shown on a map marked Exhibit 11 8"
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said easen~nt has been relocated and therefore this easement is no
longer required for City use.
NOW, THEKEFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby declare ts
intention to vacate the sanitary sewer easement in the c;ty of Palo Alto, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and as shown on a map marked Exhibit "B" attached hereto and placed on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. The Council herby orders that a public hearing take place on
November 16, 1981 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may
be !leard in the t.:ouncil Chambers, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto~ California for
all persons interested in the proposed vacation.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this is not a project under the California
Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment is
necessary.
