RESOLUTION NO. 5949
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF T~ITY OF PAf,,0 ALTO
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE TO INCREASE THE
FEE FOR THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUPPLEMENTS
WHEREAS, fifty reprints of the Palo Alto Municipal Cod~ have
been purchased at a cost of $7,630 or $152.60 each1 and
WHEREAS, in order to cover the cost of these reprints, the semi-
annual supplements to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the Zoning Ordi-
nance, and its semi-annual supplements, it will be necessary to amend
the Municipal Fee Schedule to reflect this increase;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council hereby approves the fees for the Palo
Alto Mun1c1pal Code, it.s semi-annual supplements, the Zoning Ordi-
nance, and its semi-annual supplements as set forth below. The City
Manager is directed to cause implementation of such fees.

SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolu-
tion is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act
and, therefore, no enviroumental impact assessment is necessary.
