RESOLUTION Of THE COUNCIL OF THE C lTY OF PALO AL TO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO MICHAEL KASS
F~ OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Michael Kass has served the City of Palo Alto as a member of the
Human Relations CofTITlission from December 15, 1980 to August 1, 1961; and
WHEREAS, Michael Kass has given unselfishly of his tirre arKt talents to assist
in guiding the growth and development of the City in the best interest of the
total co111Tiunity; and
WHEREAS, Michael Kass has ma.de a significant persor.a1 contribution to the
cornunity through his diligent and conscientious efforts while serving as a member
of the Human Relations Colfmission; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recoynize the service of Michael Kass~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
gratefully records its appreciation, as well as the appreciatton of the citizens of
the conmunity~ for the outstanding public service rendered by Michael Kass.
